Shipping Policy

At Eververde, we ensure that your houseplants and garden plants are delivered fresh from the grower to your home — carefully packaged and shipped reliably, both within the Netherlands and other countries in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Shipping costs

Netherlands: €6.95 per order.

Free shipping on orders in The Netherlands over €75.

International (within the EEA): Shipping costs are €12.95 and are automatically calculated during checkout.

Free shipping on orders over €100 within the EEA

Different shipping costs may apply for large or special plants. This is always clearly stated in advance in your shopping cart.

Delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 1:00 PM are processed directly by the supplier or grower, or at the latest the next working day.

Netherlands: Delivery time is on average 1–2 working days.

International (EEA): Delivery time is on average 3–7 working days, depending on the country of destination.

During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping methods

Within the Netherlands, we work with PostNL and specialized plant carriers.

For international shipments, we use renowned logistics partners with experience in the safe transport of living plants.

You will always receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery

Our plants are carefully packed in specially developed boxes that offer protection against damage and dehydration during transport.

We recommend that you receive the package as soon as possible, so that the plants remain in optimal condition.

Shipping restrictions

Eververde delivers to all countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Some products may be subject to import restrictions or phytosanitary regulations. In that case, we will contact you before we ship the order.
